Verrett went down in the fourth quarter with a non-contact injury and immediately reached for his right knee. He was carted off the field and did not return.
Verrett is in his third season with the 49ers. In 2020, he had two interceptions, seven passes defended, 60 tackles and two tackles for a loss in 13 games.
Before joining the Niners, the 30-year-old spent four seasons with the Los Angeles Chargers. He was drafted 25th overall in 2014.
If Verrett is done for the season, Deommodore Lenoir should see more playing time.
