After Paul George hit three straight free throws to give the Indiana Pacers a one-point lead, it appeared that the Miami Heat were going to lose game one of the Eastern Conference Finals with only 2.2 seconds left.
That was until a great playcall from Heat coach Eric Spolestra gave LeBron James an uncontested game-winning lay-up seen below:

LeBron James went untouched for the game winning layup as time expired during Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
LeBron and the Heat were put into the position after refs probably incorrectly gave Pacers’ Paul George three free throws with a little under three seconds left in overtime. George calmly sank all three free throws, which set up James’ game winner. Game 2 is Friday.
