OG Anunoby has been historically productive since joining the Knicks

It's safe to say the Knicks are feeling satisfied with their trade for OG Anunoby. While it's been just 10 games since he arrived from Toronto, New York is rolling with an 8-2 record, and Anunoby has been historically good.

While Anunoby posted an absurd +111 net rating through his first five games as a Knick, making him the first player in NBA history to post a plus/minus above 100 through five games with a team, he's now accomplished a similar feat in 10 games. As StatMamba highlighted, Anunoby has a net rating of +173 since joining the Knicks, etching his name in the record books as the highest plus/minus for any player through their first 10 games with a franchise.

Anunoby's impact has been obvious on both ends of the floor, but for anyone who hasn't witnessed it firsthand, Tommy Beer broke down just how drastically better New York has been when he's on the court over that 10-game span.

The difference has been staggering for the Knicks, and Anunoby has posted averages of 15.0 points and 5.0 rebounds per game while shooting 51.9% from the field and 43.5% from beyond the arc. He's also averaging 1.2 steals and 1.0 blocks per game while logging a career-high 36.7 minutes per game since heading to New York.

The Knicks' 8-2 mark over that 10-game span has also pushed them up the Eastern Conference standings. They currently sit as the No. 5 seed at 25-17, just a half-game behind the Cleveland Cavaliers, but they still have the Miami Heat and Indiana Pacers (both 24-18) right on their tail.
