NBA suspends Joshua Primo for ‘conduct detrimental to the league’
Daniel Dunn-USA TODAY Sports

Former Alabama guard Joshua Primo has received a four-game suspension from the NBA for conduct detrimental to the league, it was announced on Friday.

Primo is currently a free agent. He was drafted by the Spurs with the No. 12 overall pick in the 2021 NBA draft but was waived last October when news broke that Primo allegedly exposed himself to several women.

The statement from the NBA reads in part: “The league conducted its own investigation and consulted with relevant experts. Following that process, the league found that Primo engaged in inappropriate and offensive behavior by exposing himself to women. Primo maintains that his conduct was not intentional, and the league did not find evidence that he engaged in any sexual or other misconduct apart from these brief exposures.”
