Hornets Sign Center Nathan Mensah to a Two-Way Contract
USA TODAY Sports

Given the recent injuries the frontcourt, the Charlotte Hornets signed center Nathan Mensah to a two-way contract.

Mark Williams has missed two of the last three games with a low back contusion and versatile forward P.J. Washington left Wednesday night's game against Miami with a shoulder injury. The Hornets were already playing small ball, but don't have a choice but to when Nick Richards is subbed out of the game.

In 14 games this season with the Greensboro Swarm, Mensah has averaged 10.3 points, 8.6 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 2.1 blocks in 29.3 minutes per game.
