Bellator vs. Rizin 2 Results: Patricky Pitbull Decimates Roberto De Souza With Leg Kick

Bellator and Rizin are back it once again.

Following the success of Bellator vs. Rizin last New Year’s Eve, the two MMA promotions jus knew they had to make a sequel event. Bellator vs. Rizin 2 takes place this weekend from the Saitama Super Arena in Tokyo, Japan.

In the main event, former Bellator Champ Patricky Pitbull takes on Rizin royalty Roberto ‘Satoshi’ De Souza. This is a quarterfinal matchup of the Bellator Lightweight World Grand Prix. 

The inaugural Bellator flyweight championship will co-headline with Kyoji Horiguchi taking on Makoto Shinryu. 

Bellator vs. Rizin 2 Results:

• Patricky Pitbull defeats Roberto de Souza by TKO (leg kick and punches) in Round 3 (0:49) – Bellator Lightweight World Grand Prix quarterfinal
• Kyoji Horiguchi vs. Makoto Shinryu declared a no-contest (accidental eye poke from Horiguchi) – for the Bellator flyweight championship
• Kana Watanabe defeats Veta Arteaga via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)
• Magomed Magomedov defeats Danny Sabatello via submission (guillotine) in Round 1 (3:55)
• Andrey Koreshkov defeats Lorenz Larkin via split decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28)
