Brian Dozier trolled the Houston Astros with a trash can joke on Tuesday.
The Washington Nationals aired a Zoom group chat on Facebook Live where their players reunited to watch Game 7 of the World Series. The event was intended to raise money for prosforheroes.org, launched by Nationals veteran Ryan Zimmerman. The Nats beat the Astros 6-2 in Game 7 to win their first World Series in franchise history.
While rewatching the game, Dozier mocked Houston by banging a trash can. He also put the trash can over his head and started dancing around.

The trash can of course is a reference to Houston banging trash cans to signal to their batters what pitch was coming. Houston was confirmed to have been cheating in the 2017 World Series when they beat the Dodgers by doing so. They were punished by MLB for cheating and have been widely mocked ever since details of the scandal unfolded.
