UVA took the early game 4-3, with all four runs coming from a Jade Hylton grand slam in the fourth inning. In the second game of the day, Virginia clinched the series victory with a 3-2 win. Hylton was responsible for two of the three UVA runs on a 2-run home run in the third inning.
