The L.A. Rams have been very active in the free agent market. Not only did the Rams sign OL Jonah Jackson and TE Colby Parkinson on March 11, 2024, but also they have re-signed OL Keving Dotson. However, they kicked off all of their 2024 free agent activity by re-signing eight-year veteran WR Demarcus Robinson.
Robinson signed a one-year $5 million deal with the Rams for the 2024 season. The news of Robinson’s re-signing broke on February 23, 2024:
The #Rams and WR Demarcus Robinson have agreed to terms on a 1-year deal worth $5M, per @KatzBrosSports. He stays in LA after a productive season last year.

29-year-old Demarcus Robinson is a 6’1″ wide receiver who has over 2,500 career receiving yards and 20 touchdown grabs.
He played college ball at the University of Florida. He was a Gator from 2013 to 2015. In his junior year, he was the Gator’s leader in receptions. He decided to forego his senior season and entered the 2106 NFL Draft. The Kansas City Chiefs selected him in the fourth round of the draft.
Robinson played six seasons for the Kansas City Chief. Then, he played the 2022 Season on the Balitmore Ravens, following a brief off-season stint with the Las Vegas Raiders. He came to the Rams for the 2023 season, and is now back in the fold for the 2024 season.
Robinson was “a major part of the [Rams] offensive attack in the second half of the [2023] season.”
Indeed, as reported by ESPN:
“[Robinson] was a key contributor for the Rams down the stretch [in the 2023 season] as they made their playoff push, catching a touchdown in four straight games.
“Robinson, 29, ended the season as the Rams’ No. 3 receiver behind Cooper Kupp and rookie Puka Nacua.”
Per CBS Sports news, “The Rams will now run it back with their top five leading receivers from 2023 in Puka Nacua, Cooper Kupp, Tyler Higbee, Tutu Atwell and Robinson.” (Of course, new free agent signee Colby Parkinson will also be added to the mix.)
Robinson is evidently pleased to be back with the Rams for the 2024 season. After his new deal was inked, he re-tweeted a post welcoming him back to the Rams.

Robinson appears to be a bit of a good luck charm. In each of the eight seasons he has played (with the Chiefs, Ravens, and Rams), his teams have made it to the postseason. The L.A. Rams are hoping he brings more of that good fortune their way in 2024.
