In a matter of seconds, Brent Musburger turned the lives of four Florida State students into pre-Twitter, pre-Facebook stars. In that famous 2005 ABC broadcast, Musburger said, “1,500 red-blooded Americans just decided to apply to Florida State.” Jenn Sterger became an Internet sensation & her cohorts were guaranteed TV time on a weekly basis. Six years later, CJ Perry, Allison Torres, Jessica Fuqua & Sterger are still legends who paved a path for future generations of front-row, college football cleavage monsters.

Four years ago we took a look at the career paths chosen by these ladies. Since then, much has changed as the ladies head towards their middle 20s, dwindling modeling careers and jobs in the real world.

Busted Coverage editors used their sources, Twitter accounts, Facebook accounts, Playboy photo galleries, Model Mayhem galleries, etc. to paint a picture of what has become of the original Florida State Cowgirls.

CJ Perry: Lives in L.A. where she is a model and in a band called Gin & Tonik. According to her Facebook page, Perry will be shooting for the Valentine Secret catalog, which is the Victoria’s Secret of Asia. She also claims to have traveled to 40 countries, speaks three languages and even once lived in Russia. Obviously the most well-traveled original Cowgirl.

Allison Torres: The Latina of the group, Torres had her named in the New York tabloids during the Favre-Sterger scandal, telling radio stations that she had indeed seen the Favre cellphone dong shots. Torres has a 2006 Playboy nudie photoshoot in her back pocket and is now a columnist for Steppin’ Out magazine. As did Sterger, Ms. Torres also studied pre-law at Florida State. We believe she’s the only one of the group to even get close to marriage. She’s engaged to some dude named Jason who is in a band.

Jessica Fuqua: Of the originals, Ms. Fuqua seems to be the only one who hasn’t made modeling or entertainment her career choice. What is her career? Not sure, she’s kinda private and not exactly Google-able. Now, FSU Cowgirls aficionados will dismiss Fuqua as not one of the original founders. We do know that she came along soon after the Perry-Torres-Sterger team was announced, pretty much making her an original. Fight amongst yourselves.

Jenn Sterger: What more can be said? She had her run on Vs. cut short by the Brett Favre situation. But that has led to work with Spike, so not all is bad for the former Playboy model. She’s also picked up work with Chevy during the Major League Baseball All-Star Game.

It’s great to see the ladies took the fame bestowed upon them by Saint Musburger and then make something out of themselves. True treasures of Florida State University.
