Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin has been busy in the transfer portal.
One might argue that he has to in a stacked SEC that features the likes of Georgia and Alabama, two of the biggest recruiting destinations not just in college football, but potentially ever.
Not only does Kiffin have to try to out-recruit the likes of Nick Saban, Kirby Smart and now Brian Kelly at LSU, but he has to make his program a viable option for players across the country looking for a new home. That's an honest to goodness way to build a legitimate team in 2023 and beyond.
With that said, former UCF cornerback Justin Hodges announced his commitment to Ole Miss.

Hodges is a 6-foot-2, 175-pound corner who played the last three seasons at UCF, totaling two interceptions, 79 tackles, three sacks and 16 passes defended. He's an experienced playmaker who projects to be an immediate impact player for Kiffin and the Rebels on defense.
Notably, Hodges was the second transfer commitment of the day for Ole Miss, which also landed Tulane defensive back transfer Jadon Canady in the portal.
In total, Kiffin has now snagged 15 transfer portal players since Jan. 1, 2023.
