Ohio University transfer quarterback Kurtis Rourke is set to visit Indiana football according to On3.com. Rourke is also set to visit Wake Forest and has also received offers from Vanderbilt and BYU.

Dates are still being worked out.

Rourke has thrown for 7,666 career yards, 50 passing touchdowns and 16 interceptions in 36 games with the Bobcats. In 2022, Rourke threw for 3,257 passing yards, 25 touchdowns and four interceptions before an ACL injury ended his season in November.

Despite the injury, his performance was still good enough to be named MAC Offensive Player of the Year after leading Ohio to an 8-3 record as a starter.

Last season was not nearly as productive for Rourke who was still recovering from the injury. He threw 11 touchdowns and five interceptions in 11 games.

Despite the down numbers, Ohio is 8-3 on the season and set to face Georgia Southern in the Myrtle Beach Bowl.

Indiana football recently lost quarterbacks Brendan Sorsby and Dexter Williams II to the transfer portal. With both players leaving, head coach Curt Cignetti is looking to find a starter for the 2024 season.

With one year of eligibility left Kurtis Rourke could give Indiana football and Curt Cignetti an experienced quarterback for his first season as the head coach.
