LOOK: Former Auburn Head Coach Bryan Harsin Attaches Social Media to Idaho State Football
Matt Bush-USA TODAY Sports

It's unclear what the messaging here is supposed to be, but Bryan Harsin has decided to link his social media to Idaho State football.

Harsin, formerly the head coach at Boise State and Auburn, has updated his Twitter/X profile to link to Idaho State's football page on their website. He now has their football Twitter/X account tagged in his bio and a new profile picture of him wearing Idaho State gear.

His son, Davis Harsin, is currently committed to ISU.

Idaho State's current head coach, Cody Hawkins, is in his first year on the job. The Bengals went 3-7 in his inaugural season with Idaho State.

Does Harsin's attachment to ISU on social media mean he's accepted a coaching position with Idaho State? It certainly wouldn't be the head coaching position. Perhaps a role as their offensive coordinator? Hawkins also performs those duties as well.

Harsin was head coach of the Auburn Tigers for two years before being fired following the end of the 2022 season. He finished his tenure with the Tigers 9-12 and 4-9 in the SEC, one of the worst records produced not just by Auburn in the modern era, but by any Auburn coach in program history.
