Already Departed WVU OL Officially Enters Transfer Portal

To no surprise for anyone paying attention, WVU offensive lineman Charlie Katarincic entered the transfer portal on Tuesday.

Katarincic, who exited the West Virginia program in February, had to wait until the next portal window opened to officially pursue his next college home.

After arriving in Morgantown in 2022, Katarincic redshirted his first year at WVU. He played only a handful of snaps and experienced some time on special teams in 2023.

While having as many bodies as possible would be nice for the Mountaineers, the spring prep and overall roster planning for the offensive line happened with the knowledge of Katarincic’s departure.
