With Kedrian Johnson graduating, West Virginia is in need of a new point guard and has begun its search sifting through options in the transfer portal. One of those options will be on campus today.
Kerr Kriisa of Arizona is visiting for the weekend and will be hosted by Jose Perez, who will be a key part of WVU's backcourt next season.
Kriisa led the PAC 12 Conference in assists this past season averaging 5.2 per game. Last year, he finished 2nd (4.9 apg). Not only can he create shots for his teammates but he can also score it himself, shooting the ball at a 37% clip from the field and 36% from three-point range.
Kriisa will have two years of eligibility remaining.
