UCLA Men’s Basketball: Perennially Injured Former Bruin Tries To Hype New Shoes
USA TODAY Sports

One of UCLA's highest-drafted players of all-time, Lonzo Ball, has found himself advertising another business move of his: his new shoes.

Ball has been dealing with an assortment of varying knee injuries since the 2021-2022 season, having not played a game since early 2022.

While we're all rooting for him to get back on the court, he seems to be using his extra free time to market his "Big Baller Brand" shoes.

In this video, Lonzo is wearing the "new BBB kicks," which look interesting, to say the least.

Let's take a look at what the public perception of the shoes seems to be via the Instagram comments section:

1. "I've been following basketball sneakers for 35 years and I can say, with absolute confidence and sincerity, that these are the ugliest... shoes I’ve ever seen."

2. "THOSE ARE HARD To look at"

3. "Those look BBBbusted"

Safe to say that most people are't particularly thrilled about the new launch, and instead used it as an opportunity to make fun of the shoe line as a whole.

Let's hope Lonzo can get back on the court to stop posting things like this anymore.
