Ex-WVU G Kedrian Johnson has signed with the Bristol Flyers from the British Basketball League (BBL). Johnson is entering his first professional season this upcoming year.

Johnson played three seasons at West Virginia, coming from Temple College (JUCO). Johnson worked his way up the depth chart, going from playing behind Miles McBride to starting at point guard for two seasons. The Texas native averaged 11.7 points, 2.2 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.8 steals during his fifth season of eligibility. Johnson played his best game at the end of this past season, averaging 14.9 points in the final month. Johnson finished his career at WVU with a career-high 27 points against Maryland in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

Johnson worked out with former teammate Erik Stevenson for the Cleveland Cavaliers before the NBA draft.

Johnson is currently signed up to play for Best Virginia in this year’s edition of the TBT.
