Ride The Pine:
Its seems a little early to promote their upcoming fourth fight on December 8th but Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez battled each other in Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots on ESPN’s SportsCenter today.
Jay Crawford played the referee role and got a little too excited when their initial battle ended in a tie. Marquez won the rematch, which is the only win he has against Pacquiao. Pac-man leads their head-to-head series 2-0-1.
On a side note, Pacquiao also announced today that he would be willing to accept a 45-55 financial split with Floyd Mayweather in the only boxing match that people really want to see. At this point Pacquiao has agreed to Mayweather’s financial demands and drug testing requirements which puts the ball back in “Money’s” court.
