The Internet Wrestling Community have been in a frenzy after seeing John Cena leave Extreme Rules 2013 with the WWE championship. Some fans are calling for boycotts, some are calling for change, but at the end of the day this is the WWE you are stuck with it and Cena isn’t going anywhere.

John Cena Refuses Medical Attention Following Last Night’s “Extreme Rules”
For those who missed the WWE Extreme Rules post-show last night, John Cena refused a trip to the hospital and got up off the stretcher before it was loaded into the ambulance. Cena tore his neck brace off and walked off with the help of a trainer.

John Cena apparently refused medical treatment on Sunday night after WWE’s Extreme Rules pay-per-view went off the air.
John Cena vs Ryback at Extreme Rules
John Cena and Ryback stepped into the ring for a Last Man Standing match at Extreme Rules with the WWE Heavyweight Championship on the line. The bout ended without a winner as Ryback and Cena were both injured after crashing through the entrance stage together. The official decision was a "no contest".
WWE worried about John Cena as champion
One of the biggest concerns for WWE is that there will not be enough challengers for John Cena and the heavyweight championship. Management rushed a Ryback heel turn to provide him with a new foe. The belief is that CM Punk will be utilized in a program with Cena when he returns. After that, the well appears to be pretty dry.
