Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce of Jamaica completed a sprint double Friday at the world championships, adding the 200-meter gold medal to her 100 title. Three-time world champion Allyson Felix of the United States dropped to the track early in the race. She grabbed her right leg and did not finish. Fraser-Pryce won in 22.17 seconds. Murielle Ahoure of Ivory Coast took the silver in 22.32. She was six thousandths of a second ahead of bronze medalist Blessing Okagbare of Nigeria. Okagbare also finished second in the long jump and sixth in the 100.
