Five-time Olympic gold medalist swimmer Ryan Lochte, 28, was reportedly spotted kissing 40-year-old actress, model and singer Carmen Electra in the Hollywood nightclub, Bootsy Bellows.
Lochte, who stars in his own E! reality show in April called, “What Would Ryan Lochte Do?” tweeted a photo with the former “Baywatch” babe. She posted a photo of two of them on her Facebook page.
