The 23-year-old Bogosian has totaled 34 goals and 69 assists in 297 games, all with the Jets franchise - dating back to the team's days as the Atlanta Thrashers.
Bogosian was invited to U.S. Olympic orientation camp that will take place next month.

The Winnipeg Jets agreed to terms with defenceman Zach Bogosian on a seven-year contract $36 million on Monday.
Bogosian was a restricted free agent and was scheduled for a hearing on Friday.
Last season the 23-year-old scored five goals and added nine assists for 14 points in 33 games.

According to Ken Wiebe of the Winnipeg Sun, Islanders forward Kyle Okposo's shoulder to head hit on Winnipeg Jets defenseman Zach Bogosian was reviewed by the NHL's Department of Player Safety and there will be no supplemental discipline. Nor should there be, in my opinion. It's doesn't look like Okposo targeted Bogosian's head.
