Kero was hit hard by Blackhawks forward Brett Connolly early in the first period and was left motionless on the ice before he was eventually stretchered off.
The NHL Department of Player Safety has announced that Connolly will face a hearing Sunday to further evaluate the play in question.
Comeau is clearly the biggest surprise of the three given his place with the Stars and history in the NHL.
The 31-year-old defenseman has nearly 800 games of NHL experience and a recent Stanley Cup on his résumé with the Tampa Bay Lightning.
