QUINTON HOWDEN RUMORS

Panthers recall C Quinton Howden

Stuck in a three-game losing streak in which they have struggled to score goals, the Florida Panthers recalled center Quinton Howden, the team announced Friday. Howden, who has played 41 games for the San Antonio Rampage of the AHL this season, was the Panthers' first-round pick in the 2010 draft. The 21-year-old center has yet to play in an NHL regular season game.
