Dubas looks to 'pivot,' not rebuild in offseason after missing playoffs

CRANBERRY, Pa. -- The Penguins had a great finish to the season, going 8-1-3 before they were eliminated the night before their regular-season finale. That turnaround had the Penguins looking like a team that could seriously make a run in the postseason, if they were only able to make it there.
