New Orleans Saints receiver Kenny Stills has officially been ruled out for Sunday's opener at the Atlanta Falcons because of a lingering quad injury. Stills was originally listed as questionable after being limited in practice this week. But he was downgraded when the Saints made their trip to Atlanta, which typically happens when players don't make the trip.
