Cowboys legend Emmitt Smith is facing a lawsuit for over $50K from a cement company that says they were stiff by the former running back.
Smith’s company, EJ Smith Supply, a construction company based in Dallas, ordered $46,448.65 in product from Redi-Mix Concrete last summer.
The lawsuit accuses Smith, EJ Smith Supply and Emmitt Smith Enterprises of not paying for services rendered.
