Bruce Ely/The Oregonian The New York Knicks traveled to Portland to face the Trail Blazers on Thursday night, in which Raymond Felton made his return to his former team. Felton played for the Trail Blazers in the 2011-12 season, in which he had one of the worst performances of his career, as he averaged 11.4 points and 6.5 assists. Felton wasn’t liked by much by Blazers fans, largely due to his work-ethic and his obvious weight-gain. With that, his return to Rip City at the Rose Garden wasn’t so pleasant. Not only did the Knicks get destroyed, 105-90, but the 28-year-old Felton wasn’t much of a factor, as he shot 4-of-12 for 11 points. When Felton shot free throws during the game, he was taunted by the fans (as seen in the photo above), where they held up signs that shows photos of donuts and hamburgers to make fun of his fat stature from the 2011-12 season. Luckily for Felton, it was a positive, as he was 100-percent from the line. One thing is for sure now after this, though: it doesn’t seem like Felton will be enjoying going back there in the future.
