Josh Wise to Phil Parsons Racing

This piece of silly season news will not rock the NASCAR world, but Phil Parsons Racing, start-n-park extraordinaire, has hired Josh Wise.  Wise previously drove a third car for Front Row Motorsports that primarily started and parked.  Parsons' team has used the #98 over the past couple of years with Michael McDowell behind the wheel.

Josh Wise to drive No. 98 at Phil Parsons Racing

Phil Parsons Racing has signed driver Josh Wise to pilot the No. 98 Chevrolet SS in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series for the 2014 season. In addition to announcing the addition of Wise, PPR also announced a switch from Ford to Chevrolet. Wise makes the move to PPR after racing for Front Row Motorsports the past two seasons. No sponsorship has been announced for the team yet.
