Danica Patrick not only has to answers questions concerning her love life, she now has to answer questions about winning the pole at Daytona. Patrick who said she was nervous when she took her new G-6 car out onto the track has now said she feels proud that she has captured the pole position. Patrick said there was a lot that went into getting the car ready and Stewart Hass racing gave her a great car with a great engine. Patrick can now control the pace to the green flag at the Daytona 500 in her rookie start. Hendrick racing gave Patrick a great engine and she was able to show the world she could drive the car on the high banked tract at the Daytona Motor Speedway. Patrick will be well in front of her new racing boy friend Ricky Stenhouse Jr.. She wasn’t even worried about him passing her by in qualifications. Patrick will be starting next to multiple Daytona winner Jeff Gordon race day who just couldn’t take the pole away from Patrick. It will be interesting to see the start between Gordon and Patrick. Gordon is there to win the Daytona 500 and he is not keeping that a secret at all. Gordon is excited to be part of history but he feels confident that his 24 car can win the race come race day. You just have to wonder how Danica is going to handle the pressures of starting in the pole position all week long. There will be a a lot of guys gunning for her come race day, hopefully she can keep her foot in it and break away from the pac early on i the second greatest race on Earth.

Donovan McNabb was a very good quarterback, media savvy and an astute businessman from what I hear. With that being said he has been known to make a curious comment or two.
He didn’t know NFL games could end in a tie and then there was this.
Congrats to the Illinois native Danica Patrick on her win today. The first female to win in a big race with this magnitude. Big win
