The grandson of NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt was charged with a DUI in West Virginia.

The 25-year-old is the son of Kerry Earnhardt, nephew of Dale Earnhardt Jr. and grandson of seven time NASCAR Cup Series champion Dale Earnhardt.
