Audio of Mel Gibson going on a rampage yet again

Mel Gibson is best known for going on tirades at anybody and everybody who happens to be in his way from time to time. Fortunately for us we have yet another audio piece of him going absolutely berserk. Gibson was in Costa Rica to go over the film script for upcoming movie The Maccabees. I'm not really sure what happened but something caused him a great deal of grief which turned into him screaming at screenwriter Joe Eszterhas.Has nobody thought to put Gibson on medication or is this how he acts on medication? Because if this is how he's acting on medication somebody may want to put him down, or always keep him away from other people. I've seen people flip out a few times in my life but never to this scale. I'm guessing that actors view the world a little differently than everybody else and an outburst like this is just a normal thing to do.
