Future boxing Hall of Famer and Mexican icon Juan Manuel Marquez turned 40 on Friday. Marquez (55-6-1, 40 KOs) is slated to meet WBO welterweight titleholder Timothy Bradley on October 12 at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas. A four-division champion, Marquez last exited the squared circle in December after brutally knocking Manny Pacquiao onto Queer Street at 2:59 of the sixth round.
